Does author expertise matter?

Yes: content from named people with real credentials is more credible than anonymous copy.

If a registered dietitian wrote your 'how much protein do runners need' page, say so, with a bio. Assistants and readers both weigh who is speaking. Never invent credentials.

Do this

  1. Add author names and short bios to educational content.
  2. Use Person schema with real profiles in sameAs.
  3. Have qualified people review health and nutrition content.
