How should you describe a product so assistants can match it to a question?

Say the plain category, the key attributes and who it's for, in the words shoppers actually type.

Nobody asks ChatGPT for 'a revolutionary fuel experience.' They ask for 'a low-sugar protein bar for runners that won't melt in a jersey pocket.' If your page never says low sugar, runners or heat-stable, it's hard for a model to connect you to that question.

Do this

  1. Write one plain sentence: what it is, who it's for, what makes it different.
  2. Put that sentence high on the product page, on Amazon and in your feeds.
  3. Check it against three real customer questions from reviews or support.
