Do reviews change what assistants recommend?
Yes, because detailed reviews give models the exact words they use to describe and rank products.
A review that says 'mixes clean in cold water, no chalky taste' teaches an assistant more than five stars and 'great!' Ask for specifics. Never buy or fake reviews. It's against FTC rules and against every retailer's policy.
Do this
- Add a post-purchase email that asks about one specific thing, like taste, texture or results.
- Respond to negative reviews with facts and fixes.
- Read your reviews the way a model would. What would it learn?
